Yummy Chatter

It makes my heart go pitter patter to hear from my readers. Thanks to all who have left comments on my posts. This week I got some great photos, too!  Make sure you scroll down to find some yummy recipes from fellow bloggers.

This is Jennifer from Nova Scotia, Canada. She sent me these photos and the nicest email after she made up gift jars as explained in my post Make A Hot Spiced Drink Mix Gift Jar. This totally, TOTALLY made my day.

Jennifer

Jennifer has already made up 6 jars and plans to make 6 more. She is giving these as teacher gifts and keeping some on hand for additional gifts as needed. Love it. Yay!

Jennifer also shared these photos on Facebook with a link back to my gift jar post. Thanks so much Jennifer!  And, thanks to all of Jennifer's Facebook friends who have since paid me a visit at The Yummy Life.

I can tell that more of you have also sent some Facebook traffic my way, but unfortunately I don't have any way of knowing who you are to thank you individually. So, here's one big thankful group hug to you all! I appreciate you all so very much.

Mouth watering recipes from other bloggers:

There simply aren't enough days in the week to try all of the great recipes that I come across. These are some recipes that look particularly delicious. I'm anxious to try them all. In the meantime, here are their links in case you'd like to add any of these to your cooking plans.

Cranberry Coolers from ManifestVegan.com. This is as easy as mixing cranberry sauce and water and serving it over ice for a refreshing drink. This looks great to sip on throughout the day, but special enough to serve at a party.

10 Holiday Appetizers from Joelens.Blogspot.com. If you need appetizers for a party, you have to check these out. The Spanakopita Bites and Walnut Brie Tartlets look especially yummy to me.

Spiced Cranberry and Cream Cheese Appetizer from TheLoopyEwe.com. This is my friend Sheri's blog, and she shares a delicious recipe by our friend Meda.  Looks easy and delicious for holiday parties. Meda's a great cook, so it's gotta be good.

That's all for this week!

To my Yummy readers and fellow bloggers, thanks for the great ideas, visiting my blog, and joining the conversation. If you have any thoughts about food, Thanksgiving, or anything else yummy in life, please share. I always love hearing from you.

Make it a yummy day!
