Yogurt Fiesta Dressing or Dip
Step 1. Assemble the ingredients:
- Taco seasoning -- store bought or make your own; here's how
- Greek yogurt -- or you can strain regular yogurt; here's how
- Salsa -- store bought or make your own; here's how
- Milk -- whole, 2%, skim, or buttermilk

Step 2. Combine yogurt, salsa, & taco seasoning in a bowl. It quicker to use a small whisk, or you can stir it with a spoon.

Step 3. Decide if you want it thick (for dipping chips or veggies) or thin (for drizzling on salad, tacos, and more). To thin it, whisk in milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it's the desired consistency.

Done! How easy is that? When used as a salad dressing or to drizzle on tacos, I like to serve mine in a small glass pitcher.
